General
1Place4All is a trading name for an online store selling smart gadgets and handy products, reachable at mijnwinkel.vercel@proton.me.
Offer and agreement
An order is only final once you have completed the order and payment has been received. After payment you receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is formed at the moment of that confirmation.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros. Payment runs securely through Stripe with iDEAL or credit card. Your order is only processed after successful payment.
Delivery
Order today, delivered tomorrow. If a product is sold out, we reorder it urgently and it will still be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times may differ in exceptional cases.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Email us within that period at mijnwinkel.vercel@proton.me. You will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days of your message.
Warranty
Our warranty applies to all products: not satisfied? Money back within 7 days. See the guarantee page for the full conditions.
Liability
We do our best to deliver your order correctly. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of a product or force majeure.
Complaints
Not happy with our service? Email mijnwinkel.vercel@proton.me and we will sort it out. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer in your own country always remain applicable.
